Extensive experience as a senior manager of companies in the trade, logistics and finance markets. Was the owner, partner and chairman of companies in various fields: Express Courier Service, Tasgir, Albany, Albany Edgar Bonded, Frofnditi. Director on behalf of the public in Clal, Israel Corp., the Lex Service Group, Zeller Ablegon Leasing and The Phoenix. Has been focusing solely on Investment banking in the last 20 years; Consulting on corporate recovery, fundraising and financial advisory (with specialization in monetary and corporate finances).
Education: Law and Economics academy, Tel Aviv University.
AHARON ZELLER
Owner, CEO, Executive Vice President, Chairman and Director of a variety of companies such as: Israel Corporation (CEO), Refineries (Director), Clal Computers and Technology (CEO), Clal Leasing (CEO) , Clal Trade (CEO), Zim (Director), Zeller Ablegon Group (Owner and CEO), Comtec Software (Director), Smicon Industries (Director) and others. Engaged in M&A, building business strategy, sales process guidance as well as financial & managerial consulting.

YEHUDA SHAMAI
Yehuda Shamai has established and managed large Israeli entities with international brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC and Domino’s Pizza.
In the past, Yehuda served as Business Development Manager for large Israeli Corporations.
Currently is the owner and CEO of the Pizza-Hut group in Israel and has extensive knowledge and experience in retail solutions.
Yehuda is involved as a director and investor in several existing companies and startups developing and marketing , among other things, advanced physical and virtual payment solutions.
